Batch Scanner Step-by-Step Walkthrough

Follow this setup flow from first install to your first matched order. This guide is designed for new users and can be used as your support/onboarding page.

Install and Open Batch Scanner

Download and install the latest APK, then open the app and sign in to your account. Stay on the Home screen until setup is complete.

Tip: If Android blocks installation, allow installs from your browser or file manager, then retry.

Enable Accessibility Service

Go to Settings > Accessibility, then find Batch Scanner under Downloaded apps and enable "Use Batch Scanner". This is required for scanning, swipe, and auto actions.

After enabling it, return to the app and tap Start Service. If it does not start immediately, toggle "Use Batch Scanner" OFF then ON once.

Configure Automation & Display

In Settings, choose your behavior: Auto Refresh, Auto Accept, Auto Swipe, and ACK Dialog. New users should start with Auto Accept OFF, then enable later.

Create Your Filters

Add at least one filter for price, distance, item count, and optional keywords. Only matching orders can trigger auto-accept.

Strongly recommended: create one TEST filter first and verify detection flow before enabling live auto-accept. After validation, switch to your real active filters.

Allow Overlay Permission (Recommended)

Go to your phone Settings > Apps, find Batch Scanner, scroll down to the Advanced section, tap "Display over other apps", and turn it ON.

Verify Live Status

Return to Home and confirm status indicators are ON as expected: Auto Refresh, Auto Accept, Auto Swipe, ACK Dialog, and active filters count.

Start Service, Open Shopper App

Tap Start Service, then open Shopper app. Keep Batch Scanner running in background and do not force close it.

Important: the Shopper app Offers page must stay in the foreground while scanning/auto actions run. If you leave the offers page, matching and auto-flow reliability will drop.

Use Quick Settings During Runs

Tap the floating logo to open Quick Settings and adjust toggles without leaving your active workflow. This is the fastest way to pause/adjust behavior live.
