Active users can access customer support directly through the app's account dashboard. For account-related inquiries, log in to your Batch Scanner account.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer service. Your access to the service will continue until the end of your current billing period.No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing cycle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (weekly or monthly, depending on your plan).
Since Batch Scanner is a digital service with immediate access upon subscription, refunds are generally not available except in the following circumstances:
To request a refund, contact customer support through your account dashboard with your account details and reason for the refund request. Refund decisions are made at our discretion and will be processed within 5-10 business days if approved.
If you have concerns about charges or service issues, please contact customer support through your account dashboard. We will work with you to resolve any disputes. If we cannot resolve a dispute, you may contact your payment provider to initiate a chargeback, though we recommend contacting us first as we aim to resolve all issues satisfactorily.
Batch Scanner is a tool to assist Instacart shoppers. Users are responsible for complying with Instacart's terms of service and any applicable local regulations. We do not guarantee batch acceptance rates or earnings.
First Month Discount: New subscribers receive 20% off their first month of any plan. This promotion is valid once per user and applies to the first billing cycle only. Discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Batch Scanner is provided "as-is." We are not liable for missed batches, earnings losses, or technical issues beyond our control. Service availability is subject to Instacart's platform stability.
Batch Scanner is a digital subscription service. Since no physical goods are sold, traditional returns do not apply. Subscription cancellation and refund requests are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy above. If you are unsatisfied with the service, you may cancel your subscription at any time, with access continuing until the end of your current billing period.
