By downloading, installing, or using Batch Scanner ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The App assists Instacart shoppers by automatically detecting available batches without requiring manual refreshing. The App can optionally auto-accept batches that match user-defined filters. The App is designed to be safe and secure, with zero risk of account deactivation when used as intended.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account, and must comply with Instacart's Terms of Service and policies. The App automatically refreshes to detect new batches continuously, eliminating the need for manual refreshing throughout the day. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Batch Scanner collects and stores batch detection data, filter preferences, and app usage statistics locally on your device. All data is stored locally using Room database. We do not transmit or store your data on external servers unless you explicitly enable cloud sync features. Your data remains 100% private and secure on your device.

The App requires Accessibility Service permissions to scan the Instacart app interface. This access is used solely for automatic batch detection and auto-refresh functionality. The App continuously monitors for new batches without requiring manual intervention. This access is not shared with third parties and is used exclusively for batch detection purposes.
